Q: Have you seen any of the 7 wonders of the world?

RB: Yes. I’ve been to 17 different countries including some very remote areas. The first wonder of the world was The Pyramids.

Q: Proud accomplishment this past year?

RB: Pride in everyday treating patients. 

Q: Where do you see ultrasound in the next 10 years?

RB: I see ultrasound use continuing to expand for procedures AND dx due to lack of exposure to radiation.  Also ultrasound is very portable, really inexpensive and user dependent. 

Q: Favorite Exed memory? 

RB: I love the collegial atmosphere that exists at every conference. Also the hands-on experience, events around the nation and continuing to learn from each other. 

Q: What do you like about living on the west coast? 

RB: I moved after living in different spots around the nation. I like the combination of water and mountains along with the diversity of outdoor activities. 

Q: One fruit that you cannot live without? 

RB: An Apple from Washington state called the Cosmic Crisp.
