Victoria Horn is a third-year osteopathic medical student at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) with a passion for rehabilitation medicine, ultrasound, and adaptive sports. A dedicated leader and advocate for hands-on education, Victoria serves as the President of the Expert Education Institute Student Advisory Board, where she is committed to expanding ultrasound training, mentorship, and professional development for medical students nationwide.
Her leadership journey includes serving as President of the PCOM PM&R Club, where she has organized workshops, networking events, and hands-on clinical experiences to introduce fellow students to the field of physiatry. She is also deeply involved in adaptive sports programs, helping to create opportunities for individuals with disabilities to engage in athletics and rehabilitation therapy. Additionally, Victoria has extensive clinical experience, including work in alternative therapy and rehabilitation for children with special needs.
Victoria’s first experience with Expert Education Institute was as a course model, where she was immediately impressed by the high-quality teaching, direct mentorship from leading attendings, and the hands-on approach to education. Her passion for ultrasound education and leadership led her to take on a greater role, and as Student Advisory Board President, she is dedicated to:

✅ Enhancing leadership development by spearheading student-driven initiatives
✅ Strengthening UltrasoundFEST to provide an unparalleled hands-on learning experience
Victoria also serves on the Membership and UltrasoundFEST committees, where she works to engage students, foster collaboration, and ensure access to top-tier ultrasound training. She is excited to be part of the ExEd Mentor Triangle, where she hopes to both gain valuable mentorship and serve as a mentor for other aspiring medical professionals.
Her strong leadership, dedication to mentorship, and commitment to advancing medical education make Victoria an outstanding leader within Expert Education Institute. She looks forward to making a lasting impact on medical student training and professional development.
